Black Friday Sale Terms / FAQ

These terms / FAQ apply to all orders purchased during our Black Friday Clearance period between 25th Nov and 3rd December 2024. Please read before making your purchase from our Black Friday Sale.

No code needed! Absolutely everything has been repriced so all you have to worry about is adding to your cart and checking out as quick as possible.

Our return for store credit and exchange policy DOES NOT apply to products marked as Clearance or Minor Defect items. Clearance and Minor Defect Item sales are final. Our 30 day return for store credit and exchange policy applies to all otherorders during the Black Friday sale period. For items purchased during Black Friday, if returning you will need to cover the return cost and if exchanging another standard shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of sending your exchange. So please refer to our size chart and choose sizes carefully.

Due to the volume of orders, allow 1 week for our team to process and dispatch your order.

We're aiming for less, but please be patient with our small team as everything is hand-packed!

Please select express shipping at check out if you are needing your Before & Ever items asap!

We cannot make any guarantee that we can make any changes to your order before it is processed and too late to change so please ensure your order details are entered correctly.

Gifts will be automatically added to your cart once qualified! Just add to cart to see the right gifts in your cart.

Please note that if you place multiple / separate orders, they may be combined and ship as one, and remove any duplicate gifts as we are only able to offer gift redemtion
once per person during the Black Friday sale.

Gifts are automatically added to your cart once you've qualified for it.

Please ensure your cart contains everything that you are after before checking out as we will not add your gift(s) if they are not part of your order.

If you do not see gift(s) added in your order, it likely means stock has run out!

Do ensure you check out as quick as possible if your gift is still in cart. 

Any orders with a pre-order item or estimated / expected dispatch date (indicated just under the 'Add to Cart' button) will only be shipped when everything is in stock.

If you need some items earlier than pre-order / delayed dispatch items we suggest to split up your order for in stock items and these items so items that are ready to ship can be dispatched asap!

We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock:

  • we may refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order. 
  • we may contact you with an alternative option.

Sorry friends! We do not offer rainchecks for our Black Friday sale.

We understand it can be disappointing when you purchase a product at full price, however, it is universally known that most businesses run Black Friday Sales.

The advantage of buying pre-sale, is that you have guaranteed yourself availability of your desired style / colour / size and get your product for extra time to enjoy.

Exclusions include: Gift cards, previously purchased items, and custom made products.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes.

Discount coupons cannot be stacked with Black Friday discounts. Our store should not allow this to happen but if it does it may result in delays in your order.

During this busy period, we attempt to respond within 24 hours but please allow up to 3 business days for a response as our small team works to stay on top of the influx of orders.
