When does the whole collection arrive?

Thursday 10 September, 11am Sydney. That's 9pm on the Wednesday evening in New York, and 2am Thursday in London.

Is everything in stock and ready to go?

Yes. And you get 48 HOURS OF FIRST DIBS before anyone else.

The list gets the link the moment it opens. Everyone else gets in 48 hours later, and that's when the first batch goes.

So if you need her outfit early, for the Christmas card, for the photos, for the parcel going to grandparents, this is your window.

If you've shopped with us before you'll know we rarely have stock sitting ready at the start of a launch. This time we made it early, so it's here and it goes out as soon as you order. There's a limited number in each size though.

How do I see it first?

Everyone on our list gets it 48 HOURS before we announce it anywhere else. Two days of first dibs, while every size is still sitting there.

Once the public is in, the first batch moves fast. So keep an eye on your inbox, and the countdown at the top of this page is the one to watch.

What sizes will there be?

Newborn through 7 to 8 years depending on the piece, and the accessories are mostly one size. Every product page will have its own size guide with real measurements. If she's between sizes, size up.

How long will it take to reach me?

A launch brings in a lot of orders at once, so give us a little time to get it packed and away.

Once it's moving, expect it in around 8 to 10 business days just about anywhere in the world, a little longer if you're somewhere remote. Express takes a couple of days off that.

Can I get her name on something?

You can. There are personalised pieces in this collection and you add the name right on the product page. Those are made individually, so give them a bit longer than everything else.

Are these made for Christmas photos?

That's exactly what they're made for. Before and Ever was founded by a photographer, and the colours, the details and the fabrics are all chosen for how they read in a photo rather than just on a hanger.

Will she actually keep it on?

That's the plan. Soft cottons and knits, tulle that's fully lined so nothing scratchy sits against her skin, and enough room in it to actually move. She can go from presents to the family photo to an afternoon nap without wanting it off.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold, inside out, then hang dry. No tumble drying. That's it, including the knits and the tulle.
